Private Billing & Consultation Fees

Clinic One is a fully private dermatology practice.

Fees apply for all consultations and procedures, and we do not offer bulk billing. Our pricing reflects the time, complexity, and specialist expertise involved in your care - before, during and after your consultation.

We are not currently accepting new DVA cardholders and do not offer concession rates for pension or healthcare cardholders.

If private fees are not manageable for you at this time, your GP can refer you to a public dermatology clinic. These clinics offer excellent care but may have longer wait times and less flexibility in scheduling or clinician choice.

Payment Policy

All payments must be settled in full on the day of your appointment or treatment.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa or Mastercard

  • EFTPOS

  • Cash

Please note we do not accept AMEX.

Appointment Policy

Specialist dermatology appointments are in very high demand, and we have many patients waiting for care.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact our office at least one full working day in advance. Cancellations made with less notice, or confirmed appointments that are not attended, may incur the full consultation fee.

We understand that circumstances can change. Providing as much notice as possible allows us to offer your appointment to another waiting patient in need of care.

Referrals

We welcome referrals from GP’s and specialists for dermatological care across general, medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology.

Our preferred method of referral is via Medical Objects

Alternatively, referrals can be sent via:

If your referral is urgent, please clearly indicate this at the top of the referral or call our clinic directly to request an expedited appointment. Our team will do their best to accommodate time-sensitive and high-risk cases promptly.
