Clinic One is proud to offer an Australian-first private Dermatology–Immunology consultation service with visiting immunologist Dr Aidan Yu.

This service brings together dermatology and immunology expertise to support patients with complex skin conditions where the two specialties overlap. Our dermatologists may refer patients to Dr Yu when additional immunology assessment would benefit their care, providing access to comprehensive, coordinated specialist care within our practice.

Dr Aidan (Jia Sheng) Yu is a specialist in Clinical Immunology and Allergy. He completed his medical degree and specialist training in Queensland and is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP). He also undertook an international immunology fellowship at the Royal Free Hospital in London, gaining further experience in managing complex immune conditions.

Alongside his visiting role at Clinic One, Dr Yu works at Sunshine Coast University Hospital and is an Associate Senior Lecturer at Griffith University. He holds a Master of Internal Medicine from the University of Sydney and has contributed to peer-reviewed research and international scientific meetings.

His clinical interests include eczema, chronic urticaria (hives), angioedema, drug allergy, immunodeficiency, and autoimmune and autoinflammatory diseases. He takes a thorough, evidence-based approach, working closely with our dermatologists to tailor care to each patient’s needs.

Access is by internal referral from a Clinic One dermatologist only. Due to our extensive waiting list and limited capacity, we are currently unable to accept external referrals for this service.
